Duties: Function as an Advanced Practice Nurse and change agent incorporating the primary role of nurse
practitioner and the supporting roles of consultant, educator, researcher and administrator to support
quality care and positive patient outcomes for adult general Gastroenterology with a focus on motility
disorder patients.
Education Required:
A Master's degree is required. A Master's degree in Nursing is preferred. If Master's degree is in a related
field, a Baccalaureate degree in nursing is required.
Experience Required:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
Demonstrated experience in area of clinical practice is required. Certifications: Current license to practice nursing in Iowa is required.
Current certification in specialty area and licensure as ARNP in state of Iowa is required.
Desirable Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in GI is desired.
