Job Summary:
The Practice Management Director works under the general supervision of the Executive Director of Development. Responsible for the development, implementation and management of Employee Health, Occupational Health Services, and hospital owned clinics. Markets and establishes workplace health services to area businesses and industry. Is accountable for managing the business lines for several various facility owned clinics, and remaining in compliance with all regulatory bodies.

Requirements:
RN required, Bachelor Degree Minimum of 3 years experience in the operations for clinic management. Previous management experience with fiscal management and human resource management techniques required *** Should a vendor candidate be placed the fee paid to the vendor will be 15% of the candidate's first year's base salary***
