Registered Nurse - Emergency

Description: Hamilton Hospital is at the momment seeking for Registered Nurse - Emergency right now, this career will be placed in Iowa. However; any rotation of days, evenings, nights and some weekends may be scheduled to cover staffing. Assumes responsibility and accountability for the emergent and non-emergent care of a group of patients ranging from neonate to geriatric. Serves as a patient advocate and a liaison between ancillary departments, physicians and community resources.
Experience Required:
Current license as a Registered Nurse issued by the State of Iowa. BLS and ACLS verification. Minimum of one-year experience as a Registered Nurse. Critical care, emergency nursing experience preferred. Complete TNCC course within 12 months of employment. Knowledge of basic arrhythmia interpretation. PALS verification within 12 months of employment.
Compensation:
Base pay established based on entry level $19.15 per hour with wage credits based on experience and union contract.
