Agility Health has recently partnered with an intermediate/skilled care facility located in Eagle Grove, IA and is currently seeking a full-time or part-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to work with our rehab team.

The facility is a 51 bed licensed intermediate/skilled care facility which provides assistance to those who are unable to adequately care for themselves on a short or long term basis, or simply may need rehabilitation so they can return home. The facility is very well maintained, and has an extraordinarily nice wellness center to accompany their rehab gym where patients can receive therapy treatments.

The ideal candidate will have some experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting. This position does not support a CFY. Management opportunities are available as well for more experienced candidates, as this position also allows for a Rehab Director role.

This position offers a full benefits package at both full-time and part-time status! Our benefits include medical, dental, vision, paid-time off, paid holidays, competitive compensation and 401K. Full-time status is 36+ hours per week and part-time status ranges from 20 â€" 35 hours per week.
