Description: Skiff Medical Center is at the momment seeking for Registered Nurse (RN) â" Med-Surg (Nights) right now, this occupation will be placed in Iowa. Detailed specification about this occupation opportunity please read the description below. We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our Skiff team on the night shift. This is a great opportunity for you to utilize your skills in pr! oviding quality patient care.
RN, part-time, 36 hours per week, 7 pm.-7:30 a.m., and every third weekend.
The registered nurse plans and provides professional nursing care to the patient from admission to discharge. The RN coordinates care with other disciplines, consults with the family or significant others and collaborates with the physician on the patient's behalf. The RN assesses, implements and evaluates nursing care.
Requirements
Holds a current Iowa RN license.
Previous nursing experience is preferred.
Demonstrates nursing knowledge by using sound critical thinking and judgment skills.
Able to establish priorities and organize effectively.
Demonstrates competence in the clinical practice area.
Maintains BCLS certification at a health-care provider level.
Completion of ACLS and PALS is strongly encouraged.
