We are assisting a fou! r physician single specialty group practice in the recruitment of a 5th provider. Below are some points of interest:

Group is part of a larger, stable health system in the region

This is a traditional practice to include OB, with a call schedule of 1 in 5, including ER backup to Nurse Practitioners, who take first ER call.

Physicians are averaging 20-25 patients per day, with a yearly group OB total of 160 births.

One Physician in the practice does C sections, as well as a surgeon in the community.

Patients are admitted and managed to the local 25 bed critical access facility, with MFM and Neonate service readily available in Sioux City, IA.

Specialists rotate through the local clinics on a regular basis from the neighboring larger medical centers.

Practice environment is very collegial and well run with an adjoining mental health facility, EPIC EMR and more.

Community of about 6,000 is very family orie! nted, and is located about an hour from Sioux City
