Position Requirements

** Ultrasound Tech **

• Start Date: August 19, 2013
• Ongoing Contract - will end with a two week notice
• Days
• Allied Health Certifications: ARDMS(AB), ARDMS(OB), RDCS, CCIR(CS), CCIR(VS), ARRT(R), RVT, Echo Experience
• A diagnostic Medical Sonographer is a Diagnostic Ultrasound Professional that is qualified by professional credentialing and academic and clinical experience to provide diagnostic patient care services using ultrasound and related diagnostic procedures.
• Must demonstrate skills in Ultrasound; previous hospital experience
• On call required,! must be able to respond to the facility within 60 minutes of ! the call
• High degree of empathetic listening, tact and kindness toward others.
• Ability to communicate well verbally. Must work effectively as a member of a team
• Strong computer knowledge & technical skills. Must be competent in all areas including Vascular, Echo and General Ultrasound procedures.
