MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/JOB FUNCTION

Implementing nursing cares as indicated in the client’s plan of care and according to professional nursing st! andards which includes administration of intravenous medicatio! ns

Assess client condition, continuously reporting and documenting significant changes

Maintain accurate and comprehensive client medical data

Other responsibilities and duties may be be periodically assigned by the Nursing Supervisor

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to lift, turn, position, and transfer 50 pounds of weight

Must be graduated from an accredited school of nursing and licensed in the state of Iowa
