Account Executive

Location: Clive Iowa

Description: Intrepid USA Healthcare Services is currently interviewing Account Executive right now, this vacancy will be placed in Iowa. For detail informations about this vacancy opportunity kindly read the description below. Complete market analysis and develop and implement marketing plan. Use marketing plan to maintain and increase client/referral base. Develop relationships with community referral base and potenti! al referral sources to meet targeted financial objectives and annual budget.

1. Collaborates with the Administrator and Regional Director of Sales and Marketing to develop monthly sales/marketing plan that will assist in maintaining current client base and identifying potential referral sources.

2. Initiates and facilitates contracts with payor sources.

3. Develop and implement market plan that is consistent with market analysis and reflects current potential referral sources

4. Meet monthly Agency targeted Medicare admission goals.

5. Maintain a weekly call plan of targeted referral sources and manage marketing time/resources to complete the plan.

6. Provide ongoing recommended enhancements to current product/services and development of new product/service/niche offerings.

7. Develop and maintain Physician, Hospital and ALF profiles including background, contact history, objectives, referral trends etc.
7. Maintain communication with referral sources to ensure cu! stomer satisfaction.

8. Research and maintain up-to-date information on market competitors including pricing, census, product information, and marketing strategies.

10. Maintain open communicate with the Administrator and Regional Director of Sales on marketing progress and challenges in the industry.

11. Act as a liaison between referral sources and agency staff to resolve service problems and maintain positive relations.

12. Participate in Weekly Sales/Operations meeting with Administrator and agency staff and sales activity, potential problems and new opportunities.

13. Relationship building and networking with colleagues, clients and community organizations.

14. Promote Services through conventions, trade shows, public relations etc.

Position Requirements:
Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, a health-related science (e.g., nursing, pharmacy) or the equivalent

Experience: Minimum of two (2) years experience in sales and marketing. Prefer home care marketing experience

Skills Required : • Ability to work both independently and as a team player

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with quotas and goals
• Analytical Skills
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and presentations skills
• Knowledge of sales techniques
• Basic knowledge of physician, hospital or skilled nursing facility, case management and discharge planning service needs
• Knowledge of state, federal and other regulatory requirements related to the agency

Licensure: Valid driver’s license
