Location: Garner Iowa

Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing Services oversees and ensures timely and appropriate care is provided for a specified group of residents for whom the Unit Manager is responsible. Coordinates the scheduling of c! aregivers residents assessments and monitoring and coordination of other healthcare providers for this select group of residents to ensure appropriate care is provided in a dignified and caring manner.

Qualification :
Active Iowa Nursing license or registration; must have good oral and written communication skills as well as interpersonal and organizational skills. Experience in nursing supervisor and care coordinator preferred. Must have CPR certification.

Must pass criminal background and abuse registry checks and be eligible for unrestricted employment.
