Position Description:!
Iowa City, IA - The Representative, Associate Endoscopy Sales will work in conjunction with the Endoscopy Account Manager (EAM) and Regional Vice President (RVP) to sell EndoTherapy and Endoscopy products in targeted accounts; primarily ambulatory surgery centers (ASC), community hospitals with leverage selling opportunities, and other account targets as directed by the RVP. EOE M/F/D/V
Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed sales quota in assigned targeted accounts.
- Adhere to Olympus policies and code of conduct in an ethical manner.
- Work in collaboration with the EAM to develop and implement territory business plans designed to achieve sales quota assigned targeted accounts.
- Drive Core GI EndoTherapy product utilization and demand in accounts with committed agreements/contracts.
- Perform quarterly business reviews with customers that have an existing contract agreement to ensure contract c! ompliance.
- Support ongoing product training and in-servicing of Core GI EndoTherapy products during procedures and in-between cases with physicians, nurses, and techs.
- Support EAM on new capital/service deals and act as the clinical expert of EndoTherapy devices to help drive sales.
- Build and maintain sustainable strategic relationships in targeted accounts (clinical and non clinical customers).
- Communicate market intelligence to the EAM and marketing department of competitorâs new product offering, pricing strategy, and merchandizing practices in the assigned territory.
- Complete and submit all administrative responsibilities accurately and on time (CRM, expense reports, and PTO).
- Attend and participate in sales meetings, training programs, conventions, and trade shows as directed by the AVPs and home office.
- Maintain and expand knowledge of Olympusâs product offerings, competitors, and local market changes.!
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

- A Bachelorâs Degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of Sales experience is preferred.
- Must be open to relocation after completion of the Associate Sales Representative program.
- Clinical, pharmaceutical, or medical device experience is preferred.
- Must have a proven track record of success.
- Excellent interpersonal skills are necessary.
- Must have strong verbal and written skills.
- Must be organized and have strong time management skills.
- Must have high-energy, excellent work ethic, and be both reliable and positive.
- The ability to lift and carry equipment over 40lbs is required.
- The ability to travel within territory on a daily basis is required, with occasional need and ability to travel outside territory within region.

- Bend/Stoop/Kneel 2 hours a day
- Stand/Sit/Walk 8 hours a day
