Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA - Nights

Location: West Des Moines Iowa

Description: Maxim Healthcare Services is presently looking of Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA - Nights right now, this vacancy will be placed in Iowa. Maxim Staffing Solutions currently has full and part time positions available for Certified Nursing Assistant at local medical facilities in the area. These openings are for 8 and 12 hour Night shifts. If interested you must have 12 months of recent CNA experience to qualify.

Responsibilities include:

• Giving patients important social and emotional support.
• Providing vital information on patient conditions to nurses.
• Be responsible for basic care services such as bathing, grooming and feeding, assisting nurses with medical equipment, and checking patient vital signs.

Qualifications include:

• Current, unencumbered state certification to practice as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Minimum one (1) year of CNA experience required, based on state requirements, with home health experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification, based on state requirements.
• Copy of updated Physical, based on state requirements.
• Copy of updated TB results/ Chest x-ray.
• Reliable transportation.
