ARAMARK Healthcare is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Assistant Manager Laundry Operations for a full service Laundry located in Des Moines, IA.

This position will oversee the daily operations of a full service state of the art laundry which provides services to hospitals, currently laundering 19 million pounds annually.

Responsibilities:
Manage a central laundry facility with leading a team of 85 FTE’s
Improve cost per pound
Utilize strategic and leadership skills to facilitate employee selection, development, retention.
Build strong customer and employee relationships
Build and maintain a customer service culture, achieve profitability and customer retention goals
Maintain compliance with company standards

Qualifications:
Requirements:!
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
Pr! evious experience in institutional laundry operations
Strong leadership abilities
Demonstrated success in laundry operations management
Ability to build strong customer and employee relationships
Strong analytical and financial skills
Healthcare experience a plus
