Promotes and maintains health by providing medical services in collaboration with solo Family Physician.

Duties:

• Contributes to physician's effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range patient care issues that will be addressed; providing information and commentary pertinent to the case; recommending options and courses of action; implementing physician directives.Records all transactions.
• Assesses patient health by interviewing patients; pe! rforming physical examinations; obtaining, updating, and study! ing medical histories.
• Determines abnormal conditions by administering or ordering diagnostic tests, such as x-rays, electrocardiograms, and laboratory studies; interpreting test results under guidance of M.D. as needed
• Documents patient care services by charting in patient records.
• Instructs and counsels patients , prescribing therapeutic regimens
• Provides continuity of care by developing and implementing patient management plans.

Healthcare practitioner, P.A or N.P. to work with well established Family M.D. and staff in Moline ,il Mature practice , over 30 years Excellant hours ,no holidays Assist in instructing N/P, P.A University students when available.
