Description: Onward Healthcare is at the momment seeking for Registered Nurse - Geriatrics/Long Term Care right now, this career will be placed in Iowa. Onward Healthcare, a leading provider of nationwide nursing jobs, currently has a long term care (LTC) position for a registered nurse at a leading area hospital. This long term care nurse will contribute to the total plan of care for patients, including maintaining regular and ongoing communications with the patients, family, nursing staff, interdisciplinary team members and others to ensure continuity of care.

This particular RN assignment will be contract based and provide excellent base bay and med! ical benefits. Relocation may also be provided for non-local c! andidates. Local and travel RNs are both welcome to apply for this long term care position.
