Director opening in Keokuk, Iowa. •Director reports to Vice President of Nursing •Nonprofit, independent, progressive, financially well off hospital•213 acute beds \\\\ 378 beds in healthcare system•Brand new, state of the art hospital•Outstanding VP of Nursing, CEO and Administrative Team•Oversees 105 FTES \\\\ 5 Direct reports•Department runs between 5-7 OR suites at a time (10 OR suites available) •Will manage 6 departments include OR; PACU, SSP (Central Sterile), Digestive Health and Scheduling\\\\Billing •Performs approx. 6500 surgical procedures annually •Performs approx. 4000 scopes annually•Surgeries include Orthopedics, General Surgery, ENT, Urology, Ophthalmology, OB\\\\GYN, Spine•BS or BSN (Master’s preferred)•OR management experience •$100,214 - $147,000•Great benefits (Directors do not pay monthly premium for family benefits)•Assistance with moving•Beautiful community in Iowa \\\\ Low cost of living with an excellent quality of life
