Current Needs: Currently seeking Field Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) or EMT to work for a top tier agricultural company in Marshallto! wn, IA. This is a contract assignment that runs approximately June - August.
Position Description: Assist with the caring of detasseling crews working in the corn fields. Duties include checking on crews, addressing potential medical concerns, intervening when needed due to existing conditions e.g. heat checking with crews at end of shift to be sure everyone is healthy. Will focus on preventative measures that eliminate or reduce injury and illness. Will work a rotating schedule between 2 nurses, Monday through Sunday, 6am-6pm (working 3-4 days per week). Will require driving a vehicle to fields in the areas of Muscatine, IA. Will be reimbursed the federal allowable rate for driving mileage.
Job Requirements: Current Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse or EMT licensure required. At least 1 year of experience preferred. Willingness to work a flexible schedule required.
