Description: UnityPoint at Home is hiring HOME CARE AIDE II (31924) right now, this job will be placed in Iowa. Detailed specification about this job opportunity please read the description below. Essential Functions & Responsibilities

Ensures quality and safe delivery of services to patients according to care plan under the supervision of appropriate licensed personnel.
Uses equipment and s! upplies safely, effectively, and efficiently.
Assists with personal care and activities of daily living for patients (i.e. bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care, etc.) and provides routine functions as assigned on care plan. Administers medication reminders as directed by Registered Nurse.
Available to work a flexible schedule and/or as needed per patient requirements.
Documents observations and care given each visit as designated by Registered Nurse.
Qualifications/Experience

High School diploma or GED
CNA or graduate of 75 hour healthcare tech course
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as a collaborative team member
Licensed driver in the State of Iowa with automobile insurance in accordance with state and/or organizational requirements
Current listing in good standing with the Iowa State Nurse Aide Registry.
