We are seeking a Nurse House Supervisor. Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, must be Registered Nurse with BSN (or completion of BSN within two years of hire date). Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Iowa and BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP.

EXPERIENCE:
Required:
Three (3) years nursing experience

One (1) year in a critical care/emergency department

One (1) year charge nurse/lead role

Hours are: 7p to 7a Saturday and Sunday

Assume delegated authority/accountability from organizational leadership in their absence to direct/manage all operational activities including placements of staffing resources needs to meet patient care requirements; coordinate activities related to patient placement including admission and transfer; serve as a clinic and administrative resource to nursing, ancillary and physicians staff; assume support of patients, families and! visitors in crisis.
