QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of an Physical Therapy / Occupational Therapy / Speech Language Pathology curriculum accredited school
• Current state license as an Physical Therapist / PT, Occupational Therapist / OT, or Speech Language Pathologist / SLP or in the process of applying for state licensure as an Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist
• Current CPR certification
• 3 years of therapy experience preferred
• 2 years of leadership experience preferred
