Unit Manager

Location: Garner Iowa

Description: ABCM Corporation is looking of Unit Manager right now, this job will be placed in Iowa. Further informations about this job opportunity please give attention to these descriptions. Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing Services oversees and ensures timely and appropriate care is provided for a specified group of residents for whom the Unit Manager is responsible. Coordinates the scheduling of caregiv! ers residents assessments and monitoring and coordination of other healthcare providers for this select group of residents to ensure appropriate care is provided in a dignified and caring manner.

Qualification :
Active Iowa Nursing license or registration; must have good oral and written communication skills as well as interpersonal and organizational skills. Experience in nursing supervisor and care coordinator preferred. Must have CPR certification.

Supervisor/ team leader positions: This individual must be self-motivated to accomplish assigned responsibilities with minimal supervision and lead team members toward accomplishing common goals.

Must pass criminal background and abuse registry checks and be eligible for unrestricted employment.
