The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that patient care is coordinated and managed appropriately. The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that care and services are delivered appropriately as well as the supervision of clinical personnel.Licensure/registration current and valid with the Iowa Board of Nursing.Graduate of accredited school of nursing. BSN degree preferred.Two years of Hospice experience.Preferably two years management, leadership or su! pervisory experience in healthcare setting, preferable hospice! .Must possess organizational skills and ability to function in independent role.
