To
assess and implement nursing care under the direction and supervision of the RN.
To function as an associate when adequately prepared so that optimum quality of
patient care is maintained.
Qualifications
A. Enrolled in a BSN program or a recent BSN program graduate with RN boards scheduled.
B. Completion of nursing fundamentals with appropriate clinical experience.
C. Satisfactory performance as a nursing student in clinical area based on references from Col! lege.
D. Ability to assume responsibility for persona! l and professional growth.
E. Ability to assess patients' needs and implement nursing care for a group of patients under the supervision of a RN and based on evaluation of clinical performance by Head Nurses and Charge Nurses.
F. Ability to meet physical demands as documented in Human Resources.
