Maintains accurate and timely documentation of clinical records.
Maintains knowledge of local emergency services and resources for multiple Iowa affiliates of Iowa Health Home Care.
Communicates timely, responsibly, and effectively with case manager, on-call visits nurses, and clinical managers.
Incorporates technology in practice including appropriate use of point-of- care technology and telehealth.
Learns and demonstrates proficient use of agency-approved triage t! ools including triage books, algorithms, and protocols.
Qu! alifications/Experience
Graduate of State Board approved program for Registered Nurses and valid license as a Registered Nurse.
Clinical med/surgical (e.g. ED, intensive care) or relevant specialty experience of 3-5 years.
Maintains nursing licensure in Iowa and Illinois.
CPR: Maintains a valid Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider Card with Re-certification.
Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills in the areas of conflict resolution, supervision/delegation, telephone communication, and decision-making.
Exhibits flexibility, adaptability, the ability to anticipate and plan to potential occurrences, and common sense .
