Description: ChildServe is at present recruited CNA - Continuing Care Unit - NOC right now, this job will be placed in Iowa. Under direct supervision of the Skilled Care Supervisor, provides personal care, therapy interventions, activity opportunities, and developmental training to children in the Skill! ed Nursing Care service. Assists in maintaining a safe, clean, comfortable and therapeutic environment for children. Provides input for routines, schedules and procedures in the Skilled service.

Education Requirements:
High School / GED

Experience Requirements:
Education: 1. Must have successfully completed 75 or 120 hour Nursing Assistant Certification program and be on the Nurse Aide Registry. 2. High school diploma/GED preferred.

Certification: Obtain and retain current CPR certification.

Specific Skills/Knowledge: Must possess a high interest in individual care and health needs of children with disabilities. Must be able to organize own time and work without direct supervision. Must be able to work occasional overtime and different schedules.

Personal Qualities: Tact and courtesy in dealing with children, staff, families, volunteers and the public. Self-motivated; sense of res! ponsibility and integrity; high standards for own performance.! Willing to admit mistakes, correct them, and learn from the situation. Willing to seek help when needed. Cooperative. Able to maintain confidentiality about children, their families, staff, and the business of ChildServe.
