Description: Tyson Foods is presently looking of Human Resources Clerk I right now, this career will be placed in Iowa. SUMMARY: Position will assist both the Health Services and the Medical Case Management department in the following: general clerical skills including typing, filing, and computer entries; create a! nd maintain files and reports for active and termed employees; be certified and perform hearing tests, as well as organize and distribute hearing test results. Other duties include file daily medical information in a timely manner; assist Manager and Nurses; coordinate appointments;interpret when needed, and transport TM's when necessary; any other tasks as needed. REQUIREMENTS: Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent. LPN Licensure would be helpful but is not required.

Experience: 1+ years' experience in basic office and general clerical skills. Computer Skills: Basic computer skills; ability to use Microsoft Outlook, Office, Word, Excel, and Spreadsheets preferred. Communication Skills: Must have strong people skills; must be capable of communicating well both verbally and in writing with all levels of team members from hourly to upper management, as well as government officials. Bilingual capabilities are required.

(Translating English and S! panish, written and verbal.) Special Skills: Experience in med! ical records and medical terminology preferred.Good organizational and telephone skills.
